US Refund Policy
This draft policy applies to US consumer purchases of digital design services and files.
Idea-attempt packages
If a paid attempt package has not been used, contact us promptly to request review. Used attempts generally cannot be returned because the digital service has already been provided.
Production-file packages
Contact us if a purchased file package cannot be delivered or does not match the approved revision. A change of preference after downloading correctly delivered files is generally not refundable.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
We review duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and unauthorized transactions individually.
How to request review
Email info@seclusa.eu with the account email, order number, and a concise explanation. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
